Congratulations just isn't enough. Fabulous news that so many of you and the WHOLE film were recognised at the AFI awards. An amazing story and film.
We have two boys with Autism 12 and 9 and we could see parts of them, our imediate family, extended family and friends (and EX-freinds!!) in this movie. No two children with Autism are the same - this is one story about one family.
Thank you Ellisa Down and Jimmy Jack for sharing this story with the world. Thank you to all the amazingly talented actors and support people for such a huge effort.
Good Luck with the American release. You deserve great success. Would be fabulous to see a re-release of it in the Australian Cinemas before Christmas.
Can't wait to get it on DVD some more of the family who don't/can't/didn't see it at the cinema get to see it.
